PrismAI acts as a proxy between your applications and AI model providers. We do not store the content of your API requests or responses. Request metadata (model, token counts, latency) is retained for billing and analytics.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. API keys are stored using SHA-256 hashing. All communications are encrypted via TLS.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek), payment processors (Paddle), and authentication services (Logto). Each has their own privacy policies.
