1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrismAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PrismAI provides an AI gateway service that routes API requests to various AI model providers through a unified, OpenAI-compatible endpoint. We offer smart routing, cost control, and enterprise guardrails.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Usage and Credits

API usage is metered and charged against your credit balance. Credits can be purchased through our billing system. Unused credits do not expire. A platform fee of 5% applies to credit usage.

5. API Keys

API keys are shown only once upon creation. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Revoked or compromised keys should be immediately deactivated through the dashboard.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use PrismAI for any illegal purpose, to violate the terms of upstream AI providers, to attempt unauthorized access, or to resell access without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrismAI is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to upstream provider outages or API changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
